Carol Jooste
Carol completed her Montessori teachers training course in 2003 at the San Marino Montessori School in Pasadena, California. She is a mother of two wonderful adult children and grandmother to three energetic grandsons. She is passionate about the Montessori method and encouraging children to be naturally curious and explore the world around them. Carol loves drawing, gardening, sewing, singing and reading with her students. Her favorite children’s books are ‘The King of Little Things’ and ‘The Quiltmaker’s Gift’.
Mark Jooste
Mark keeps everything drumming, and running smoothly. He has a solution for every problem, an answer for every question, and a song for every situation. From plants, goats, chickens, ducks, worms and rabbits, to broken fences, furnishings and toys, he’s got it all covered.
Gypsy
Gypsy is one of our helpful support staff at The Mustard Seed. She is the resident kisser, hugger , pillow, and floor cleaner. Gypsy is a loving and gentle long haired German Shepherd.
Ringo
Ringo is a lively Border Collie, who is delighted to be a part of everything that is happening. He is always under foot, and definitely considers himself one of the children.
